Each quarter we hold a drawing for a rewards gift
Here is how to enter:
- "Like" us on Facebook (Eclectic Family Dental Care, Pc) and receive 1 entry
- Each patient will receive one entry for each appointment attended
- Refer a new patient for a Comprehensive Evaluation Appointment and receive 5 entries (the new patient must disclose the referral at time of appointment and they will also get 5 entries)
